Ever wish you could know exactly where your meat came from?

 

How they were raised / cared for and if they were on open pastures or crowded cells?

 

Well, now you can!

 

Richardson Farms is now taking orders for beef, pork, and whole chicken.  Our cattle are strictly grass fed.  The hogs are pastured and fed with a grain supplement that we produce on our farm.  There are no growth hormones or antibiotics used.  Richardson Farms will offer whole or half beef and/or pork, and whole chicken.

Also, you may come to our farm to visit and select your meat, see us at Manor Farmers Market on Wednesday afternoons (4pm - 7pm or sold out), or Sunset Valley Farmers Market on Saturday mornings (9am - 1pm).  Please sign up for our newsletter (click on the newsletter or feedback link) to get our up-to-date market attendance schedule and to learn more about Richardson Farms.

 

Premium steaks (boneless rib-eye) are $12/lb,

Steaks (t-bone, sirloin, and bone in rib-eye) are $10.00/lb,

All other meats are $5.00/lb.

Meat is available by the whole, 1/2, and by the cut.

 

All of our meat is Texas Department of Health inspected and vacuum packaged.

 

The meat cuts we currently offer are:

Pork Cuts: Ground Pork, "Baby Back" Spare Ribs, Pork Chops, Pork Roasts, Fresh uncured bacon (pork belly), Pork Stew Meat, Country Style Ribs, Fresh Pan Sausage, Fresh Link Sausage, Pork Cutlets.

Beef Cuts: Ground Beef, Round Steak, Beef Roasts, Stew Meat, Chili Meat, Short Ribs, Brisket, Rib-eye Steaks (bone in and boneless), Sirloin Steak, T-bone Steak, Flat Iron Steak, Beef Liver, Beef Heart.
